Monitoring
The service includes round-the-clock (24-hour) monitoring, recording, analysis and processing of information (signals) from the protected sites. It is carried out by a team of excellently trained professionals (security operators), using a complex of modern, high-tech and reliable technical systems.
It is offered both independently and in combination with any of the other services provided by the company.

- Alarm events from security and fire alarm systems, with immediate identification of the affected area (room).
- Signals submitted by pressing attack, fire, or emergency medical assistance buttons, with instant recognition of their location on the premises – keyboard, externally wired, or remote.
- Switching the system on and off inside or outside the site's working hours, with the ability to instantly recognise each individual user.
- The technical integrity of the system and related events, such as a loss of mains power, battery depletion, depletion of individual sensor batteries and faults in individual system components, with immediate identification of their location within the premises.
- Television footage showing the condition of the site when incidents occur.

Access control to informationEasy, yet controlled, access for the subscriber to information about the site, ensured through the implementation of the following technical and organisational measures:
- A 24-hour freephone number where, by providing a site number, name and password, you can obtain full information from an operator regarding the current status of the site and its status over a past period.
- A web application enabling the client to monitor the site independently online, following registration with a username and password.
- Real-time SMS notifications regarding incidents occurring on site.
- Printout, on electronic or paper medium, of the events from the site.
