The main function of the multifunction software is to receive, process, systematize and store information about all devices that are used to transmit data from subscribers to the Monitoring Center of the security company. The database contains all the information necessary for the functioning of the Monitoring Centre, some of this information can be entered or edited by users depending on their access rights.
The information received from devices in the Monitoring Center is optimally systematized in order to make the operators’ work more convenient and fast. This includes information on the current status of the sites and alarm events, as well as providing rapid Contact with the patrol teams and police authorities. The system includes the following modules:
- Receiving data through different channels, processing and storing the information in the database;
- Input and process subscriber information, and list all necessary data – contacts, zones, patrols, police station, addresses;
- Indication in an appropriate form of incoming events grouped by criteria, and basic data needed for operators to accurately estimate.
