The AY-R12 is a contactless reader with multi-coloured lighting, presenting a new concept in the security technology market – the readers can illuminate in different colours, controlled by the controller. This is a useful application for many different locations, such as a doctor's office, where a different colour can indicate whether the doctor has a patient, if they are out of the office, and other statuses.
